Commercial Water Damage Cleanup in Newington Property

The ceiling tiles in this Newington property got the worst of this commercial water damage. The wicking of water caused them to come apart and required removal as seen in the Before Photo. SERVPRO technicians removed the wet ceiling tiles and cut away the damaged sheetrock to the steel beams to allow for more significant airflow during drying of the ceiling and the rest of the structure. The technicians were careful to avoid the electrical system during the controlled demolition so the only reconstruction needed would be the sheetrock and replacement ceiling tiles. The After Photo shows the dried interior ready for the final repairs to make the water loss, “Like it never even happened.”
